With an experience of more than 15 years in luxury hotels and restaurants in the Middle East, Europe and Switzerland, Michele Caimotto is a wine buyer and lecturer. In 2015, he created his own company, Wine Rose, specializing in advice and cellar management, the organization of events and guided tastings in the vineyards.
