The vines planted at the end of the 19th century on an extreme hillside in Missian mark one of the oldest vineyards in South Tyrol.
Calcareous moraine deposit of glacial origin.Steep and south facing slopes (between 350-400 m).
Gentle fermentation on the skins in big clay amphorae, maturation in large wooden barrel made of locally grown oak.
