Damien Carruzzo, oenologist, propose a "masterclass" honouring La Petite Arvine, an indigenous white grape variety, emblematic of Valais, and Cave Provins, a winery which will celebrate its 90th anniversary this year.
Petite Arvine is a white grape variety, indigenous and emblematic of Valais, it produces dry or sweet (late harvest) wines of international stature, with citrus aromas and invigorating acidity.
Provins is a company which will be 90 years old this year, founded in 1932 as a cooperative with the goal of helping grape growers to market their wines, it became a limited company in 2020. Provins represents an important part of the Valais wine economy and plays a central role in the purchase of the production of small winegrowers.
